Shopping at www.shoptub.com

Shopping with www.shoptub.com could not be easier. Just browse through our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping tub. After you have completed your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked a few details in order to enable us to complete your order.

Payment of your purchase

We accept all credit / debit card payments via our Payment Service Provider Paypal.

We will only accept payment via Paypal as we are currently unable to process card payment details over the phone.

When confirmation of your order / payment is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of payment e-mail / invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment security

When an order is placed and you proceed to checkout, your card details are not logged by www.shoptub.com. Paypal will administer the whole of the payment process on both our behalf and all your card details are secure.

Shipping and handling

Delivery and packaging to UK mainland is included in the purchase cost of the items. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of sale. The purchase will be shipped to the Paypal address provided at point of payment or an alternative delivery address as advised by you. Errors on postal addresses made by you when placing an order or you not collecting the item from your local postal sorting office on time may result in the package being returned to us. In this case your shipping cost will not be refunded to you. You may contact us and we will be happy to re-ship the package, you will be charged the additional charge. www.shoptub.com reserves the right to use any carrier of their choice.

International Orders

Presently we only service mainland UK orders via this website. We are happy to ship international subject to the appropriate postage rates being applied. Please email us at sales[at]shoptub.com for correct postal rates.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event your purchase is not in stock you will be advised by email with the option to cancel your order if you prefer. In such instances we endeavour to despatch the order within 21 days subject to our supplier partners being able to provide the stock.

VAT & Government taxes

For orders made within the UK & the EU, 17.5% VAT is charged & inclusive.

Returns & Refunds

www.shoptub.com have a seven-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping costs and products that we are unable to resell, i.e. perfume bottles that have been used by the purchaser, undergarments that have been tried by the purchaser). Once 'unwanted' goods have been received, the customer has a seven day cancellation period. The purchaser’s right to reject starts from the day the item is received and ends on the expiry of day 7 starting from the day the goods have been received by the purchaser. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from www.shoptub.com and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at the cost of the purchaser. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk
